How does it work?

For every £1 spent while logged into your account, you’ll earn 1 Loyalty Point. When you’re ready to place another order, you can use these points to receive a discount at the rate of £1.50 off for every 50 points (equivalent to a 3% discount).

How to redeem your points

1. Log into your account.
2. Add your desired items to the shopping basket.
3. After entering your delivery details and selecting a shipping method, go to the “Order Summary.”
4. You’ll see how many Loyalty Points you’ll earn on this order, as well as how many points you currently have.
5. The maximum discount available from your points will be displayed. You can adjust the amount you wish to redeem if you'd like to save some for later.
6. Click "Redeem" and wait for the page to refresh. The updated total will reflect your points deduction.

Please note that using Loyalty Points in combination with other promotions may impact your eligibility if it reduces your order total below the required amount for the promotion.

Ubervape UK reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Points program at any time, including freezing, reducing, or removing active points. If any misuse of Loyalty Points is identified, orders may be cancelled, and customers will be contacted to arrange refunds where necessary.
